Kit and facilities to be treated with care.ĥ. Not to smoke, consume alcohol or drugs of any kind whilst representing the clubĦ. Respect yourself, the game, its traditions, your opponents, team-mates and other club members, and the coaches. Parents are expected to support the ethos of the Club and to treat our coaches and volunteers with respect and consideration. Whilst we hope your child will be happy and content at the club, we understand that sometimes questions, concerns or difficulties may arise. Please feel able to raise these as soon as possible, so we can rectify things at the earliest opportunity. If you have a question regarding coaching, please approach the coach in the first instance. However, please do not interrupt coaching sessions, especially nets practice, as this may distract the coach when he or she needs to be supervising the children. Our coaches will be happy to speak to you before or after training or at another convenient time. If you have a question, complaint or even a compliment which you don’t feel able to share with a coach, please talk to the Welfare officer. Parents and players may use the comments box in the club house which is emptied every week and any reasonable comments are followed up. If you have questions about kit requirements, training times, pick up arrangements etc please speak to any of the club officials whose details and pictures are on the noticeboard.
